Born into a real estate background, with parents running a successful agency in Taiwan, his passion for real estate blossomed early. Based in and focusing on Hobsonville, Jev is not just a real estate professional but a proud fur dad to Pie-pie, together with his partner they are deeply embedded in the vibrant lifestyle and friendly community of Hobsonville.

Matthew’s can-do attitude and appreciation for good humour are well-matched with his confident energy. Standing tall, he’s been a big picture thinker since a ripe age, he never loses sight of a goal and will labour relentlessly to see client-satisfaction.
Matt understands the importance of family values, having come from a tight-knit family background. This is why it is important for him to have the right foundations in place to help his clients find their forever home like his parents once did.
After moving from Tauranga ten years ago, Matt moved to Auckland to pursue acting. He soon realised that he had a passion for sales and decided to move into tele-sales for two years followed by a face to face consultant role. This is when he realised his calling to be a real estate agent and pursued his diploma in real estate and a year later he started by creating a name for himself working for the largest Ray White group in Auckland, initially by selling apartments to now residential homes alongside his business partner Jevin Chao and the team at Bayleys Northwest.

Mikala comes with a vast ray of experiences in the field of customer relations and has been exceptional with her level of service. She has worked with large corporations in New Zealand and understands what our clients need from us. She can handle pretty much any situation, and her ultimate goal is to make sure we have all the resources we need to better service our clients. Brian has held various key roles in banking. He is also an avid and active property investor so he understands the challenges. No matter the type of customer or the situation, he often finds ways and solutions to add value.
