I was stressed cause I got mucked around by a lot of real estate agents cause of which I started hating real estate agents and wanted to deal directly with vendors in way of a private sale. But when I came across Jev and Matt, OMG I was just speechless !!!!, I just don't have the words to thank them for what they did for my family and me, while I was speaking to Jev over the phone expressing my situation how I was getting mucked around by other real estate agents by the time I finished my conversation Jevin already found me a house and made it happen. I will be ever so grateful to Jev and Matt and they are gonna have all my business from here on out in way of me buying more houses plus looking for houses for the property development business I work in and all my friends and family as well. Jev and Matt provided me with exceptional customer service. They went over and beyond to help me out. I have never had a good experience dealing with agents directly, hence always dealt with vendors directly. I was nervous and anxious to complete a home buying process on the phone but they were patient and understanding. They reassured me every step of the way. They have great communication skills and a wonderful personalities too.

Agents who are always professional and willing to help. I came across Jev and Matt while attending a view under their listing. They struck me as super efficient, friendly, honest and professional.
